Research & Marketing Strategies, Inc. (RMS) announced that Christine Howard (Benn) has rejoined the RMS team under a business and content development role.
With experience in content and social media marketing, client relations and business development, Howard is well-versed in creating business opportunities while simultaneously harnessing her previous experience with RMS among patient satisfaction surveying, CAHPS (Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems) surveying, and qualitative research product lines and departments.
In her position, Howard cultivates client relationships to better understand and facilitate their marketing and research needs. She also coordinates client relations between the analytics and healthcare teams.
