Manufacturing, often perceived as a traditionally male-dominated field, has seen a significant shift with the increasing presence and contributions of women.

Yet women comprise only 19% of leadership roles in the sector, according to the Women in Manufacturing Association in a 2020 study.

The women profiled here have come to their respective leadership positions from a variety of life experiences, but they all share an interest in innovation and the belief that teamwork is the key to success.
