Compass Federal Credit Union recently promoted Margie Sincavage to branch manager of the credit union’s main office, located at 131 George St. in Oswego.
Sincavage joined Compass in 2013 as a part-time member service representative, before moving to full time in 2019. By 2020, Sincavage was named the credit union’s head teller, overseeing and managing all member service representatives at the George Street branch.
In 2022, Sincavage moved to the position of card specialist, where she assisted members with debit and credit card fraud inquiries, while providing members with all pertinent information regarding their credit and debit cards.
With more than 12 years of service to the credit union, in various capacities, Sincavage is set to help guide and manage the credit union’s George St. office.
Sincavage’s promotion to branch manager follows the retirement of Compass FCU’s Assistant Manager, Sue Fowler.
