College Administrator Joins Board of Fulton Savings Bank

Pamela Caraccioli is deputy to president at SUNY Oswego

    Pamela Caraccioli of Oswego has been elected a member of the board of trustees of Fulton Savings Bank.

    Caraccioli is serving as deputy to the president at SUNY Oswego, overseeing and coordinating all economic development activities on behalf of the college.

    Prior career experience includes work as an independent consultant and facilitator with government, business and industry as deputy director of Operation Oswego County and as an adjunct professor at SUNY Oswego.

    She serves as a trustee and past board chair of Oswego Health; is a board member of Northern Oswego County Health Services, and for several years served as a member of the board of the Port of Oswego Authority.

    The new trustee has a bachelor's degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara and received her master's degree in public administration at Syracuse University's Maxwell School.
